FIRST is "Litterbit Better" - This is a neighborhood clean up day (or week as it has been the past couple of years due to weather).
Lets plan on SATURDAY APRIL 21st AT 10AM (meet in the park to collect trash bags and assign areas). If the weather is bad we will reschedule.

SECOND is the Neighborhood Garage Sale. I think last year worked out well so lets just plan on the same this year and for upcoming years (unless the group wants to alter things in the future).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE WILL ALWAYS BE THE FIRST WEEKEND IN MAY (THURSDAY NIGHT, AND FRIDAY AND SATURDAY MORNING).
As always, you are welcome to have sales on other days, longer hours, etc. Whatever works for you and your family. This group event is more for advertising and signs etc.

May 3rd from 4-7pm
May 4th from 8-12am
May 5th from 8-12am

I will send out more details and information as the events get closer. But, if you have questions before then just shoot me an email.

For Rent, one sandwich-board sign to advertise your garage sale, graduation party or special event. Fee is $1 and goes toward neighborhood events. Send an e-mail to PRNA e-mail list and you will be contacted.

A while ago some neighbors expressed interest in a sign for our addition - Pine Ridge Estates. Click on the sign below for some ideas. And e-mail the distribution list.

City Council Resolution on PR 5th Addition This concerns the Developer and the restrictions he faces before he can develop further additions.
